DLC介绍：DLC是美国东北能源效率合作组织（NEEP）发起的一项计划，
该组织成立于1996年且是一个区域性的非营利组织，旨在通过国家政策、
项目策略以及教育来加快推动东北和大西洋中部地区的建筑行业的能源
效率。通过与美国和加拿大联邦、地区、州、公共事业单位和能源效率
项目成员、模组制造商、照明设计师和其他行业利益相关者进行紧密合
作，DLC推动质量、性能和能效商业领域照明解决方案。
