欧莱斯MPL系列油墨
特性：
MPL-A系列油墨是一款不需添加固化剂，不需烘烤的单组份高性能金属油墨，平光，慢干，具有良好的耐麻磨性，耐酒精。而且该油墨对各种漆面都具有相当好的附着力。
适用范围：
铝，铁，不锈钢等金属制品，电木，晒钢，PU漆面以及各种漆面
使用：
1.该系列油墨需自然挥发干燥，24小时实干，100摄氏度烘烤10分钟干燥
2.使用前请将油墨充分搅拌均匀,以防止油墨中添加的特效助剂可能产生分离现象
3.印刷前有必要可首先考虑除去印材表面的油渍及尘埃
4.请根据作业实际环境条件合理选取本公司之快、中、慢三种类型中的某种稀释剂
5.请根据希望印刷的实际效果，正确选取恰当网版：40T-140T
 
使用说明

2、胶 刮：建议使用70-85度聚氨酯胶刮
3、参考用量：300目网板印刷约为30㎡/㎏
4、选用溶剂：请选用我司配套的固化剂，因印刷环境温度、通用量及印刷图案大小不同进行适当选择
5、网板清洗：选用有机溶剂清洗（如：洗网水）

Use：
