美国能效要求 
　　美国目前的LED灯泡和灯具的能效要求主要集中在LED灯具的Lighting Facts label、能源之星和DLC，他们都属于自愿性的要求； 
Lighting Facts label的能效要求： 
　　推出的本意是“Give them the Facts”， 是为了让照明产品达到数据更具体和可信度更高的要求， 
    1)性能参数：初始流明lm、初始光效lm/W、输入功率W、相关色温CCT、显色性指数CRI。 
    2) 指标，分别为“质量保证”和基于LM-80以及TM-21测试所获得的“流明维持率”指标。 
    3)适用的LED灯具产品范围是：交流市电或者直流电供电的完整灯具，低压12V交流或者直流灯具，可分离电源的LED灯具，线性的或者模组化产品。 

    4)不适用的LED灯具产品范围是：太阳能或者电池供电的LED灯具，不限长度和形状的LED灯带和LED灯盘。

Provide clear and consistent labeling of essential performance, measured by industry standard, IESNA LM-79, Approved Method for the Electrical and Photometric Testing of Solid-State Lighting Devices and ANSI C78-377-2008, Specification for the Chromaticity of Solid-State Lighting Products in the following categories:

• Lumen output
• Luminaire efficacy
• Power input
• Correlated color temperature
• Color rendering index
